All patient services are located on the ground floor. The entrance doors are automatic to allow easy access into the building.

There are specially designed toilet facilities on the ground floor.

The surgery has a portable induction loop to help those wearing a hearing aid. This is available at reception and can be taken into the consulting room if necessary.

Reception staff are trained in evacuation procedures to assist the egress of disabled patients in the event of an emergency.
