Practice Manager:

Linda Coulthard is our Practice Manager and Business Partner, and is responsible

Data Manager:

Mrs Claire Rynberk is our data manager and is responsible for the management of our computer system. The practice is accredited as "paperless" and part of Claire's remit is to ensure the effective use of IM&T. |
I.T. Assistant:

Sue Doyle assists with the administration and management of the computer system, ensuring all regular maintainance and back-up procedures are in place.

Reception Team:

Our team of six reception staff, led by senior receptionist Carole Ward, pictured left, is here to assist you in making routine and emergency appointments to see your doctor, organise repeat prescriptions and to answer your various requests and queries.

Admin Staff:

Janet Jenkins, pictured left, and the admin team ensure all correspondence, referrals, forms and reports are dealt with efficiently and effectively on a daily basis.

PLEASE DON’T BLAME THE RECEPTIONIST!
The reception staff often have a very difficult job to do. They may not always be able to provide exactly what you want and the reason will usually be that they are simply following practice guidelines.
When you telephone they may need to ask you for further details to enable them to assist you as quickly as possible and guide you to the correct service. Please remember that they are not being nosy! They are bound by the same strict rules of confidentiality as the doctors and nurses.
